Product Description

23-liter hollander beater is an international equipment for papermaking labs and a necessary equipment for studying pulping and papermaking processes. The beater cuts, crushes, rubs, breaks up, moistens and refines all kinds of fiber pulp by means of the mechanical action produced by the beater roll and the bottom knife. The change of pulp with different beating degrees, etc. can be obtained according to pressure on the bottom knife and beating duration. The valley beater, which is widely used in the beating test of various vegetable, synthetic, carbon and glass fibers, is an essential papermaking test equipment for production test, quality control, process design, and teaching and scientific research experiments.
